NKLA led the comprehensive site design for this waterfront estate, approaching the property as curated landscape centered on long, uninterrupted lakefront views. The work integrated site grading, terrace composition, and a choreographed front‑entry sequence to create a cohesive spatial experience from arrival to shoreline. Stone terrace walls, native and native‑adaptive planting, and a full outdoor living experience strengthened the relationship between the home and the lake. NKLA also provided construction administration and on‑site plant layout, ensuring that the design intent carried through with precision and craft.
