Syringa Heights Residence

The client requested a simple, safe and easy to maintain landscape for their young family. Our solution involved a series of low retaining walls with intentionally placed boulders to provide informal seating opportunities and locations to sit back and enjoy panoramic views of the mountains beyond. The large flexible lawn will host many birthday parties and fourth of July firework displays to come! Design elements were placed horizontally in the landscape to emphasize the expansive natural landscape. NKLA detailed grading plans, board form concrete walls and the overall landscape composition which resulted in a minimal, cost-effective solution consisting of stone, concrete and lawn.
