Purchased as a high‑end investment property, this project needed a fast turnaround and a clear vision to help buyers see its potential. While the home and primary structures were in place, the exterior and site needed development, limiting market appeal. NKLA was contracted to develop a complete site design and bid package along with compelling 3D graphics to support sales and marketing efforts. Our team also oversaw early earthwork and mass grading to ensure the site was presented at its best. The property was listed on the market at < $10 million—and we’re proud to have played a role in elevating value.
