NKLA provided master planning, site drainage and construction documents for landscape and site work for Fairway Homes 17 residences within The Idaho Club, sited on 10 acres tucked inside an oxbow of wetlands and natural space. These homes are designed with a modern edge yet still fit into the traditional genre of mountain architecture. The landscape design and plant pallet were selected based on their natural character and low maintenance attributes.
