Dover Residence

NKLA approached this project with a clear objective: to shape a sequence of purposeful outdoor rooms that extend the rhythm, flow, and experience established by the architecture. Through precise grading and spatial calibration, the site was organized into five distinct destinations—each with its own character, program, and relationship to the surrounding landscape. These include a putting green, a game lawn, a hot‑tub terrace, a fire‑pit lounge, and a sand beach that softens the transition to the water’s edge.

The design relies on strict geometry and clean lines, requiring a high level of accuracy during construction. To ensure the built work matched the design intent, NKLA provided on‑site construction observation throughout installation, guiding layout, elevations, and detailing to maintain the clarity and discipline of the overall composition.
